You are asked to approve revisions to your Bylaws

The PrimeGlobal Board recommend members vote in favour of the change. Our Regional Councils support the need to modernise our Bylaws.

Our Strategy 2030, Ready for Business, was created through the most extensive member consultation in our history, engaging more than 90% of our member firms.

To support the effective implementation of this new Strategy, we are proposing a focused set of governance updates aimed at strengthening agility, clarity, and alignment across the organization. As part of this work, we are recommending targeted bylaw updates to ensure they fully enable the decisions and actions needed to move the Strategy forward. These proposed changes have been developed by the Governance Committee of the PrimeGlobal Board and have been approved by the full Board.

Member approval is sought through the Required Annual Firm Information Survey (RAFI). Most of the proposed updates will be included in RAFI 2026, to be published on January 1, 2026. More extensive updates—including those related to a next-generation governance structure—will follow in RAFI 2027, to be published on January 1, 2027.

Together, these steps will help ensure that our governance framework effectively supports the Strategy and reflects the direction endorsed by our leadership and our members.
