This one-and-one-half-day workshop covers current best practices in general management. This workshop includes experiential exercises to allow the participants to build skills in these critical areas in a low-risk environment. This workshop takes a deep dive into Best Practices and spends a great deal of time working through implementation strategies for certain Best Practices to be adopted. As well, Succession and the planning around Succession Management are key discussion topics.
