Executive Management Team

Stephen Heathcote joined PrimeGlobal in 2019 as Chief Executive Officer. His extensive background in the accounting profession includes undertaking the COO role at the UK Financial Reporting Council, a senior management position at KPMG and over ten years as a key member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) executive team.

Katie leads on PrimeGlobal events strategy and execution, ensuring PrimeGlobal adopts leading practices and responds to member demand to achieve global impact. Katie joined PrimeGlobal in June 2022.

Gorana leads the development of our long-term Strategy and our annual plans to execute the Strategy and provide impactful value to member firms. She is a direct report to the CEO and a member of the Executive Management Team. Gorana works closely with the CEO to brief and engage with the Board regarding strategic matters, and consults with member firms to identify industry trends and future member needs, determining priority initiatives and themes. Gorana is also managing the communications/marketing team to ensure initiatives support achievement of the annual plan. She holds a global role, supporting all PrimeGlobal regions and working closely with the Regional Councils and the PrimeGlobal Board. Gorana joined PrimeGlobal in 2016.

Gary joined PrimeGlobal in 2020 as Executive Director – Finance & Operations. He has extensive experience in senior roles, at commercial organisations, overseeing financial operations and providing support to the management teams. He has also overseen many projects including, acquisitions, disposals, mergers, large change programs and IT system implementations.

Jenn leads all Americas' management efforts to efficiently and effectively enable members to maximize the value they receive from PrimeGlobal. She works collaboratively with the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors to successfully lead global efforts. Jenn joined PrimeGlobal in February 2025.

George oversees development and member support for the Asia Pacific region, focusing on recruitment and retention, leadership and enhancing the member value for the region. George has over 28 years of experience in a number of business development, management, growth, and strategy roles in Asia Pacific, with a strong focus on the Chinese market.

Working closely with the EMEA Regional Team, I am driving our forward‑looking strategy 2030. It is empowering member firm teams to collaborate, communicate, and connect across borders. My mission is to unite internationally minded member firms, build trusted leadership relationships, and unlock the full value of PrimeGlobal membership. With my multicultural, multilingual background and global experience, I am creating new international opportunities. I proudly joined PrimeGlobal in early 2026 after spending 15 years in two global accountancy and advisory networks.
