Established in Podgorica, Montenegro, in 2023, BDCS is built around a highly experienced and dedicated team of professionals with diverse backgrounds in audit and accounting, including experience gained within Big Four firms. The company continuously develops its people, expertise and service offering to meet the evolving requirements of the international market.

BDCS provides integrated teams ranging from Junior to Manager level, which work as an extension of clients’ existing engagement teams. This model allows audit firms to access experienced professionals who can contribute to a wide range of audit and accounting activities while maintaining close communication and alignment with the engagement team.

As part of its regional expansion, BDCS d.o.o. Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) was established in 2025, further strengthening the company’s presence in the Western Balkans. As of 2026, BDCS has 30 employees in Podgorica and 5 employees in Sarajevo.
