The integrated consultancy approach gives us the capacity to cover complex transactions. Besides the common services such as audits, tax and accounting compliance, a major part of our work is related to financial statements according to German-GAAP and IFRS, international taxation, business valuations, due diligence audits, structuring transactions reflecting legal, accounting and tax issues. To cover this scope of work, we employ more than ten certified auditors, lawyers and certified tax consultants.
