The firm later expanded its services in 1991 when it was joined by another partner, Mr. Warren M. Coye, C.A. Coye & Associates has been conducting independent public audits, tax and financial consultations and advisories, and other financial services for more than 30 years. Because our firm is relatively small, our clients benefit by getting personalized, quality service. In the interest of a new era of global financial operations and economic activities, Coye & Associates joined the international group of independent accounting firms of PrimeGlobal.

Since joining the firm as a partner in 1991, I have had extensive experience in accounting and auditing for small and large businesses in various services. I am a graduate of Saint Thomas University of Miami, Florida and certified by the California State Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I strive to reinforce the importance of legal and ethical standards, including personal integrity and responsibility, honesty, value-based decision-making, and concern for the greater good, while meeting compliance requirements across all of our business services.
