EGIDO GmbH was founded in 2022 and is a young company built on a solid foundation of expertise and years of industry experience. The founder has a background in the banking sector, complemented by extensive knowledge gained during his time at the renowned auditing and consulting firm PwC Germany.

This experience forms the cornerstone of EGIDO’s service portfolio, which is characterized by the highest standards of quality, integrity, and a deep understanding of economic and financial matters.
A major milestone in the company’s development was its official recognition as an auditing firm in 2024. Since then, EGIDO GmbH has positioned itself as a reliable partner for audit-related services, consulting, and financial advisory, with a focus on creating lasting value for its clients.
Today, EGIDO GmbH employs around 40 professionals, including seven certified tax advisors. This interdisciplinary team of highly qualified experts is the core of the firm and enables comprehensive, customized support at the highest technical level.
In 2025, EGIDO GmbH took another significant step by becoming a member of PrimeGlobal. Known for excellence, innovation, and customer-oriented service, EGIDO GmbH has received multiple prestigious awards.
