Frankus, on leaving Arthur Andersen in 1979, FRANKUS started out advising inbound international clients. Since 1982 the firm focus on internatinal clients with their German business activities and companies. One of our expertise is the Japanese business in Germany, we advice more than 200 Japanese corporate clients and FRANKUS has a market share following the Big 4. Today, FRANKUS has 7 partners and counts more than 95 team members. Still, international clients are our strongest pillar. In this context we are focusing on tax advice, accounting/financial statements, legal and transaction support as well as business and succession planning and VAT advice. FRANKUS has specialised teams for international VAT advice, real estate, M&A, business succession planning, global mobility and expats.
