HAPS was established in 2005 and based in Taichung. The firm has three partners (including Vivian Chuang and Sofie Liao ), 40 employees and several consultants with various professional backgrounds to provide high quality and overall service in accounting, financial consulting, internal control system planning, investment structure planning, tax and operating-related issues and consulting services. In addition, HAPS has over 500 clients, coming from a variety of industries. Their overseas companies/offices are located in various parts of the world including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Netherlands, Austria, United States, Mainland China, India, South Africa, Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, etc. International services are important for HAPS, which is why we decided to become an independent member firm of PrimeGlobal.
