CEO Jean-Loup Rogé acquired the practice and its 190 employees in 2007. Today, implid has grown to 700+ employees in over 50 offices. The firm is based in Lyon, and has other main hubs in Paris, Toulouse, Clermont-Ferrand, Nantes, and Annecy, with other offices located throughout France. Currently, implid provides a wide range of services, from compliance to performance improvement, to its 15,000 clients of small, medium and large organizations, both nationally and internationally based. implid teams are organized by sectors and client issues in order to address missions with the most relevant expertise to every client.
implid's main activities are accounting, business transformation, transaction services, performance improvement of finances, operations, supply chain and HR, tax, assurance, IT security and architecture, project management office, recruitment, and risk management. Regarding transaction expertise, implid provides a full range of services, from target identification to negotiation, closing and post-merger integration.
implid also operates in executive search, cyber security, and develops digital solutions for sales and operations planning (Koolog©), process dematerialization & collaborative software (WIF©), as well as, information system supervision (Sinelis©). implid also operates with a law firm, specializing in social law, tax and business law, litigation and intellectual property.
