Bailey Consulting Group provides audit and assurance, accounting and financial management, tax advisory, business advisory, governance and risk services, as well as professional training and organisational capacity building. We work closely with businesses, Government Institutions, NGOs, Public Benefit Organisations, and development partners to strengthen systems, improve compliance, enhance decision-making, and support sustainable growth. Through collaboration, innovation, and a client-focused approach, we aim to create lasting value for our clients and contribute to stronger Organisations.

We bring experience across audit, finance, taxation, donor compliance, governance, business advisory, and capacity building. We plan to actively collaborate with other PrimeGlobal members through cross-border referrals, joint bids and assignments, technical knowledge sharing, staff and expert collaboration, and joint training and learning initiatives. We will leverage the association to support clients across multiple jurisdictions and to provide complementary expertise. We also intend to participate in events, working groups, webinars, and peer-learning opportunities to exchange best practices, strengthen technical capabilities, develop new service offerings, and identify opportunities for joint business development and regional growth.
