We are licensed by Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) as a Filing Agent to incorporate and maintain Companies as well as to carry out statutory audits and assurance services for companies.

We would like to collaborate with the international PrimeGlobal members in providing a one stop service for our clients in this borderless age when they expand their services or products beyond the shore. Due to the strength of the Singapore economy, we hope to work with other international members when their clients wish to invest in Singapore.
