KEY IBERBOARD, SA is a Spanish consulting firm specialized in professional and legal advising services. For thirty years we've advised domestic and international firms on all aspects of their business that have legal ramifications. Our vision is to improve the service experience of our clients through professionalism, technology, and innovation, so they truly feel treated in a unique way. Our work procedures and management systems are certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

The business was originally founded in 1981, by a group of professionals with years of experience in finance, accounting, and legal areas. From the first moment, our target market were the multinational companies that, in the early 1980s, settled in Spain attracted by the Spanish "miracle" and the business opportunities that opened in our recent democracy. The objective was achieved and, even today, more than 50% of our clients are foreign companies, to which we provide a wide variety of services, such as: Administrative Support, Accounting, Payroll, Finance and Taxes, Consulting and Legal Services.

We are established in Madrid and perform our services at Key Iberboard's premises, but we develop our activity all over the country, either directly, traveling with our lawyers and economists throughout the national territory, or collaborating with other professional services providers in the main cities of Spain.

GLOBAL VISION, LOCAL EXPERIENCE Our first foreign clients were Japanese companies, and this couldn’t have been a better letter of introduction for everyone else. If we could work with them, whose strict quality requirements are known by all, we could also do it with multinational firms. And that was the challenge: being good at what we do in order to blaze a trail in the outsourcing and legal advising world, with our sights set on trans-national corporations already established in Spain, and on those that began coming ashore at the beginning of the 80s.

Firms on all five continents have entrusted us with their affairs. We maintain relations with independent professional service providers in the main cities of the world. This international network of collaborators allows us to provide assistance to our clients before they go abroad, thereby helping them to select a trusted professional firm in the destination country to cover their advising needs.
