To build a modern, scalable CPA firm that combines the technical capabilities of a national firm with the responsiveness and relationships of a boutique practice. We aim to be a leading advisor to First Nations, governments, not-for-profits and growing businesses across Western and Northern Canada, while creating opportunities for our people to learn, lead and grow.
We combine the technical capability of a larger firm with the accessibility of a boutique practice. We stand out through our deep experience with First Nations, governments, not-for-profits and complex assurance work, while maintaining direct partner involvement and strong regional knowledge.
We plan to work closely with other PrimeGlobal firms by referring clients where specialized expertise or local knowledge is needed, collaborating on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional tax issues, and sharing technical knowledge and best practices. We also see the association as an opportunity to develop our people through training, peer relationships, and exposure to how other firms operate. Over time, we expect those relationships to generate reciprocal referrals, broaden the services we can offer clients, and support the firm’s growth.
