The company is owned by the members of the Board of Directors, Dominique Tinguely and Vincent Jacquat. The list of clients includes many internationally renowned companies. The firm employs around 20 experienced staff members (accountants, and auditors, as well as tax and payroll specialists).Our services are performed in three languages, German, French and English, and in all specialized areas of fiduciary management such as auditing, accounting, tax consultancy, management of companies and outsourcing. We are a member of the Swiss Institute of Certified Accountants and Tax Consultants, as well as the Swiss Association of Accountants and Trustees. The company and its management have been approved by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) as so called audit experts which allows the company to act as legal auditor for limited and ordinary audits.
