The Studio Rosina e Associati is a professional firm of chartered accountants and accounting experts, with offices in Genoa, Milan and Imperia. The origins of the firm date back to the 40s, when the accountant Armando Giolitto started his practice, which was continued, consolidated, and established further by doctor Fulvio Rosina, who began his professional career in the early 50s. The firm then grew to the current size of about forty associates, who ensure operational capacity in all sectors of activity.
The Studio has always pursued the policy of providing the customer with a highly qualified consulting service, in harmony with the principles of professional ethics, keeping in mind that “the exercise of the profession of chartered accountancy is a scientific activity practiced in the public interest”.
The Studio operates in all areas of professional activity, ensuring a high level of specialization in the various sectors of profession (tax law, commercial law, bankruptcy law, management control and business consultancy), which allows it to provide the customer with a 360-degree consulting support.
A Message from the Firm:
Studio Rosina e Associati was founded by the maternal grandfather of our former Managing Partner, Fulvio Rosina (1931-2014). The firm has always applied the policy of supplying the client a highly qualified consultancy service, in harmony with the principles of a professional ethical code, keeping in mind that exercising the profession of public accountant is an activity of science and public utility".
We were proud of and honored to work with Fulvio Rosina (pictured), who had reached his 60th year in our profession. He had borne the title of President of the Order of Public Accountants, as well as President of the National Council of Public Accountants. He was a member of the Committee for studying and implementing the CEE directive concerning Company Rights" at the Ministry of Grace and Justice and a member of the "Technical Committee for the tax reform" at the Ministry of Finance.
Studio Rosina e Associati, today, is made up of four licensed public accountants: Daniela Rosina, Antonio Rosina, Giovanni Traverso and Maurizio Civardi. The firm is based in Genoa, with offices in Milan and Imperia.
