PrimeGlobal’s Tax and Assurance Summit this year not only was a great event for speaker sessions and member connections, but also turned heads with its unique approach to community support and team building. The annual event, held at Ft Lauderdale, Florida from January 7^th – 10^th brought together firm leaders, and industry experts for a series of engaging and transformative experiences.

A highlight of the conference was the Environmental Social Responsibility (ESR) activity, made possible by event sponsor, AssurancePrep. This leadership development session focused on fostering essential skills such as strategic thinking, effective communication, and emotional intelligence. The workshop utilized a blend of traditional instructional methods and innovative experiential learning, creating a fun environment for participants to explore and develop their leadership qualities.

Once delegates honed in on their communication and leadership skills, they enthusiastically came together to assemble bikes for children in need. This inspiring activity not only fostered a sense of camaraderie among colleagues but also made a significant impact in the local community.

In total, the volunteers assembled over 25 bikes, which were then donated to the local YMCA. The YMCA was then able to distribute the bikes to children in the community, many of whom have never owned a bike before. This generous donation brought smiles to many young faces, offering them the joy and freedom that comes with owning a bike.

This activity is part of PrimeGlobal's broader ESR initiatives, which focus on building an environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive future.
