Looking back on 2022 there is a lot to celebrate at PrimeGlobal, not least winning the prestigious Association of the Year award. To celebrate all achievements of our member firms throughout this year we are sharing our full award entry with examples of groundbreaking work by our members and the association. The judges were particularly impressed with our commitment to ESG and technology through to the new branding campaign that reflects the increasing advisory nature of our member firms. FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE & CLIENT SATISFACTION

• Remarkable 20% revenue growth boosting PrimeGlobal to third in 2022 global rankings. Largest percentage growth of any top 10 association or network

• Increased location coverage with 941 offices - more than any association

• Forecasted double-digit growth for May 2022 year end, projecting US$4B for the first time

• Last 12 months recorded a record 600+ referrals - supporting firms growth

SUCCESSFULLY STRATEGY

• Spring 2022, following member consultation and constitution vote results of 95% in favor, PrimeGlobal initiated a major change in bylaws, evolving positioning and branding to “The Advisory & Accounting Association”

• Pivotal moment recognizing the value of advisory and consultancy services, ending history of membership composition being exclusively accountancy/tax firms

• Launched awareness campaign, including branded teddy bears appearing across conferences, events and meetings

• The shift to this advisory conviction is evidenced by maximum participation in PrimeGlobal learning programs over the last year, including Developing Advisory Mindset, Data Analytics Bootcamp and Leadership Training

• In 12 months, delivered 300+ knowledge sharing articles underpinned by PrimeGlobal Insights themes (Business Opportunities, Technology, Talent Development), supporting firms to develop trusted advisor status

• Launch of global technology survey, accelerating development of global advisory and anticipatory mindset by leveraging best practices and tech implementation to
automate throughout firms, creating more time for consulting with clients

• Continued support for firm talent acquisition quest and offshoring opportunities through securing new strategic Alliance Partnerships, offering member benefits and incentives to grow and transform advisory expertise and service lines providing further value to clients

STRONGER POSITIONING IN STRATEGIC MARKETS

• Targeted, recruitment strategy focused on Asia Pacific, growing the region by 247% and becoming the second largest regional fee income and staff association

• Enormous success across EMEA with 17% growth, achieving stronger positioning in strategic target UK, with five firms joining from other associations and networks

MEMBER FIRMS ARE EMPLOYERS OF CHOICE

• Committed to advancing the DEI initiative. Past 12 months, hosted roadmap webinar series presented by DEI specialists, attended by 80+ member firms. Polling during the series shows +50% of firms adding DEI to business strategy
• February 2022 dedicated as “wellbeing month” with ten firms sharing their approach to supporting mental health and wellbeing of their teams
• 13 firms awarded prestigious Best of the Best honors, praising superior financial results, planning for long-term, sustainable growth with talent retention playing a major role
• Eight firms won 2022 Best of Accounting awards, obtaining 50%+ net promoter score, indicating exceptionally high levels of client service and superior business practices
