In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, PrimeGlobal member firm CRI is recognizing and celebrating the accomplishments of all women who set the bar high for themselves and others, all while continuously breaking down barriers.

Per the Association of International Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), studies have shown that women in leadership positions increase businesses’ bottom lines, develop, inspire, and motivate others, encourage collaboration and problem-solving, and champion innovation.

Realizing the advantages of women leadership can be critical to helping businesses stay relevant for generations to come.

“CRI believes in supporting the women of our firm and those with whom we conduct business. We know that the futures of our profession and our firm are largely influenced by women. Women account for more than half of our firm’s staff, and we believe that investing in them through career advancement, training, and elevating their influence in the industry will only serve to broaden our reach and sustain our progress.” Bill Carr, managing partner and chairman of CRI.

All March long, CRI will highlight 35 different women leaders, from one of their founding partners, to senior staff accountants, on their Facebook and LinkedIn channels. They invite others to join them in celebrating these women by commenting, sharing, and otherwise engaging with their posts.
