Mr. A S Manjurul Hoque FCA, fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), started practice under the name, “Zaman Hoque & Co.” Chartered Accountants in the year 2000 as Proprietor Firm. Ms. Fouzia Haque FCAAbdur Rashid FCA, another fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), joined "Zaman Hoque & Co." Chartered Accountants as partner and Firm changed the status as Partnership Firm. Md. Abdur Rashid FCA started practice under the name, “A. Rashid & Co." Chartered Accountants on November 14, 1985. On August 5, 2008, Mr. Rashid joined with Md. Shahadat Hossian FCA and formed a partnership firm in the name of " Shahadat Rashid & Co." Chartered Accountants . In the year 2016, Zaman Hoque & Co. and Shahadat Rashid & Co. renamed both the Firm in the style of "FAMES & R" Chartered Accountants. Currently "FAMES & R" Chartered Accountants has Six Partners: Mr. A S Manjurul Hoque FCA, Md Abdur Rashid FCA, Ms. Fouzia Haque FCA, Mr. Shafi Uddin Ahmed FCA, Ms. Evana Hoque FCA and Md. Abdul Wadud FCA. The firm has cumulative experience of diverse expertise in academic, accounts, audit, investigation, taxation, costing, financial and management accounting, and consulting service, company matters, net worth valuation, consultation and administrative. The firm has sufficient experience to work in the area of bank and financial institutions, public enterprise, publicly traded entities, insurance sector, and private companies. The firm is enlisted with Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Non-Government Organizations Affairs Bureau and other regulatory bodies of the country.
