PrimeGlobal Fastest Growing Association With Double Digit Growth in IAB Survey

The International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) 2023 World Survey was published in April 2023 with 19 associations participating and reporting the previous year's results. With the strongest growth rate in the top ten of 12%, compared to the other top ten associations, PrimeGlobal is delighted to have maintained its position as the third-largest association in the world.
After the long road to recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic, the accounting industry is experiencing a return to growth rates, with firms expanding their services to include more consulting and advisory services. There has also been a demand for digital accounting services and the adoption of new technologies like AI and blockchain.
Key Highlights for PrimeGlobal from the IAB World Survey:
PrimeGlobal saw an 8% growth rate in total staff, with 31,539 staff at member firms across 937 office locations.
PrimeGlobal member firms increased their fee income in accounting by 12% to US$867 million and a 17% increase in advisory services to US$512 million.
On a regional level, PrimeGlobal continues to perform well in the Asia Pacific region with an impressive 37% increase in fees and total staff increasing by 19% across 161 office locations. In Europe, PrimeGlobal maintained its position with a 7% increase in fees at US1.1 billion and a 7% increase in total staff with 10,517 staff across 433 locations.
