Fostering Global Connections Through Language Practice

As part its ongoing commitment to fostering global connections and encouraging cultural exchange—and driven by my deep passion for building bridges across cultures—Tea with PGBR and Té con PrimeGlobal have become key initiatives at PGBR, a proud Brazilian member firm of PrimeGlobal. These weekly meetings, designed to help participants practise languages in a friendly and supportive environment, have been met with widespread praise from both participants and leadership.

What is Tea With PGBR / Té con PrimeGlobal?

Tea With PGBR and Té con PrimeGlobal are simple yet powerful gatherings where participants can practise a specific language in a safe and relaxed environment.

The concept of Tea (English) began when I was working in a multinational Brazilian company and saw the value of creating a space for Brazilian, Latin American and non-native English-speaking colleagues to practise English. The idea proved to be so successful that when I joined PGBR, the leadership encouraged me to introduce Tea here as well. As I work with Jacqueline Campos, PrimeGlobal LATAM Chair, I realised that I needed to improve my Spanish, so the idea of Té con PrimeGlobal (Spanish) was born.
