IAB 2025 World Survey: PrimeGlobal ranked third largest association globally

March 18, 2025The International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) published its World Survey earlier this month, with 51 global accounting networks and associations participating. The IAB Survey celebrates excellence in the accounting profession worldwide, and this year once again consolidates PrimeGlobal’s position as the third largest global association.
According to the Survey, 2024 average revenue growth among the top 10
networks and associations was 7%. For associations, average growth was
at 13%. In the Survey, IAB reported PrimeGlobal member firms’ combined
revenue growth of 27%, which is significantly higher than the average
growth reported. This consolidates the association's position as the
third largest.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- PrimeGlobal reinforced its global presence by increasing the total number of firm staff by 19%, moving from 3rd to 2nd position and with a total of 45,052 firm staff across 113 countries.
- PrimeGlobal remains the most diverse association, with offices in 1211 locations. This is higher coverage than any other association and many networks.
- PrimeGlobal records 88% member satisfaction,
- PrimeGlobal's focus on enhancing value is having an impact, as member satisfaction has risen to 88%, a record high. The Net Promoter Score NPS has increased +43, is up 10 points over the past two years and 18 points over the past three years, suggesting strong loyalty from members.
- Regionally, results show exceptionally strong growth for PrimeGlobal in Europe with a 103% increase in fees, climbing from 3rd to a 2nd position and recording the highest growth among the top associations and networks. This includes a shift from 3rd to 2nd position in total staff, and 69% staff growth, with presence in 554 locations.
- Latin America region also climbed the rankings, moving from 3rd to 2nd position with a fee revenue growth of 55%. The region also reported the highest staff growth among the top associations.
