Member Survey 2026: Strong satisfaction and clear priorities for the future

June 23, 2026Taking the pulse of our member firms worldwide remains one of PrimeGlobal’s most important annual activities. Our independent global survey provides valuable insight into what members value today, where they need further support, and how firms are evolving. These insights directly shape our strategy and ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
Progress since last year
In response to last year’s feedback, we have:
- Expanded MyPrimeGlobal and launched a new mobile app to strengthen community engagement, resource sharing and cross-border collaboration
- Continued to deliver best practice sharing across Technology & AI, Business Transformation, and Future Talent through conferences, webinars and thought leadership
- Introduced a new focus on Corporate Finance, supporting firms as they grow advisory capabilities in areas such as M&A, succession planning and access to capital
Key survey highlights
- Overall satisfaction remains strong at 87%, with the proportion of highly satisfied members increasing to 40% (+1%)
- NPS holds steady at +41, well above the long-term average of +36 since 2019
- Regional performance remains robust:
- Latin America (94%) leads satisfaction levels
- EMEA (89%) shows continued improvement, including growth in highly satisfied members
- Asia Pacific (87%) remains stable
- North America (83%) continues to provide a solid base
Our priorities for this year
We are committed to listening to our members and using the survey results to continue our progress as a global association. This year, building on the strong foundations we have laid, we will:
- Continue targeted member recruitment to strengthen regional value
- Introduce firm segmentation by size, starting with Major Firms, to deliver more tailored engagement and support
- Further support AI adoption through practical insights, services and shared experiences
- Maximise the value of My PrimeGlobal and our mobile app to drive member collaboration and ease of access to services
- Maintain a strong focus on cost effectiveness while maximizing income generation, to continue providing the best possible service to our members
