April 3, 2023 - AvantaPrimeGlobal member firm, Treureva AG from Switzerland announce growth by merging with AVANTA AG. We would like to congratulate them on this merger.
The two services groups Treureva AG
and AVANTA, both of which have offices in Zug and Zurich, are joining
forces and the merger means their clients will be able to access 100 specialists and experts in tax and legal, accounting, auditing,
HR, and insurance solutions.
Treureva was founded in 1982 in Zurich and has significantly expanded its auditing, accounting and tax offerings over the years. Treureva acquired Hugger Treuhand AG and Integralis Personal Treuhand AG in 2020, which further strengthened the company’s accounting capabilities and added a wide range of HR services to the services portfolio. The merger between GHM Partners AG and the Treureva Group in 2021 further expanded the Accounting and Tax Department and the services provided by the Legal Division. In addition, the Group’s regional coverage grew from the Zurich area to Zug and across the whole of Central Switzerland.
AVANTA was founded in 2000 and is now a well-established company with offices in Zurich and Zug, specializing in accounting, auditing, HR and tax. The company’s clients benefit from high-quality services in these areas of expertise.
The merger between the Treureva Group and the AVANTA Group enables both groups to provide an even more professional service to their customers.
