PrimeGlobal is delighted to bring you an overview of the results of the Annual Member Satisfaction Survey.

The results of the PrimeGlobal Annual Member Satisfaction Survey have been calculated, and once again the outcomes are demonstrably something we can all be incredibly proud of.

Member Satisfaction

The report is based on feedback from over 600 professionals. In total, responses were received from 80% of all member firms, a satisfactory cross section of the Association.

Member satisfaction remains strong and has increased by +4% to 84%, EMEA and Latin America show the biggest increase in satisfaction results with both regions increasing by +8% to 85% and 79% respectively.

When it comes to the Net Promoter Score (NPS), PrimeGlobal has increased by +7 points to 33, this is a well-used scoring technique in business and recognised as a good measure of firm loyalty. +33 is a good score. In a year that has seen exceptional growth, Asia Pacific has recorded the highest proportion of promoters ever and demonstrates the strength of the Association across the region.

The key drivers to member satisfaction are that PrimeGlobal adds value to our firms, a response that is synonymous across all four regions. Furthermore, it is felt that PrimeGlobal listens to, will meet the future needs of, and offers a wide range of services to member firms.

Best Practice Among Firms

When it comes to members offering ‘best practice’ it was reported that overall, an outstanding 92% of respondents feel their own firm demonstrates best practice or new/innovative practice. Moreover, members concluded that the use of technology to improve efficiency and enhance client services, as well as developing culture in a hybrid world, are most recognized as new or innovative best practice.

In addition, there is an increase of +10% of PrimeGlobal member firms who offer, or plan to offer, services to help clients understand and reduce their environmental impact, demonstrating a positive growth trend for firms seeing ESG services as best practice.

For support with any ESG requirements, members are encouraged to go to our dedicated ESR page or download a copy of the PrimeGlobal ESR workbook here.

Additional Survey Highlights

As technology remains one of the most important topics for member firms, it is worth mentioning that 9 out of 10 members use social media for business purposes with LinkedIn and Facebook being the most used social media platforms and video sites such as YouTube and TikTok also gaining popularity, particular when it comes to talent development.

In addition, technology is key when it comes to our Partnerships, with 14% of members reporting they partner with Xero, an increase of 2% from last year. EMEA and Asia Pacific are the biggest users of the Xero cloud-based technology.

When reviewing the comments section of the Survey, events remain one of most important benefits to members, and that the need for face-to-face meetings continues to be a significant requirement for businesses.

PrimeGlobal is delighted that we are now back to pre-pandemic levels of in-person meetings, and we look forward to welcoming members from all regions to events throughout the coming year. Our Events Team are working hard to bring you events that match your business needs, including the exciting return of our World Summit, where 1 in 5 of respondents have already said they are committed to attending, which is fantastic to hear!
