Strategy 2025 completed

Across this strategy period, PrimeGlobal delivered incredible progress, including:

• Growth from 941 to 1,271 office locations (+35%)

• Network expansion from 101 to 120 countries (+19%)

• A 114% increase in combined firm revenues since 2020/21

• Transformation from five governance boards to one PrimeGlobal with a unified global Board elected by Regional Councils

This year’s report reflects the association’s continued focus on sustainability, technology advancement, and continued business support, providing firms with the tools and community to thrive in a rapidly evolving professional landscape. It also lays the foundation for PrimeGlobal’s new Strategy to 2030: Ready for business, which launches in June 2026.

PrimeGlobal’s global community continued its upward trajectory last year, achieving significant milestones across all regions, with notable results including:

• Record total annual member firm revenue of US$6.4 billion, a 19% year-on-year increase

• Increased member satisfaction at 88% and improved Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +43

• Expansion to 316 member firms across 120 countries, with 1,271 office locations and over 53,000 staff

• AI-forward partnerships with DataSnipper and Suralink

• Launch of PrimeGlobal's first Impact Statement

• Continued sustainability commitment with renewed partnership with Sumthing

Three focus areas

This year’s report highlights accelerated progress in three focus areas shaping the future of the profession:

• AI adoption and technology integration – including the launch of user groups, an expanded AI hub and collaborative knowledge-sharing platforms across the network.

• Leadership development – with continued investment in global future-leader programs for PrimeGlobal members.

• Sustainability and ESG services growth – with 22% of firms expanding ESG advisory capabilities and 14% supporting clients in reducing environmental impact.
