Originating from an idea by Joanknecht's Managing Partners, Marco Verhagen, and Marlies Vervoordeldonk, the first Workation took place in Milan. Marlies Vervoordeldonk, who pioneered this initiative, shares her enriching experience and offers advice for those interested in this novel approach.
