It is with mixed emotions that PrimeGlobal announces that Michelle Arnold will retire from her role as Regional Executive Director for North America, effective from February 28 2022.

Although we will be sad to see her go from this position, Michelle leaves a fantastic legacy. In North America, PrimeGlobal has grown to be the third largest association, with Michelle recruiting over thirty firms (eight of which are in the US top 100), and inspiring a highly committed membership.

“Over the last nine years, Michelle’s leadership has been transformational. She has inspired a highly engaged community of members, drove 200% growth, and reached $2 billion total revenue for the North America region. Whilst Michelle will be handing over the baton as Regional Director, I am delighted that she will continue to work with PrimeGlobal on a part time basis, enabling us to benefit from her extensive experience and supporting us in the delivery of our Strategy.” Stephen Heathcote, CEO, PrimeGlobal

“A highlight of my PrimeGlobal tenure has undoubtedly been working with member firms around the world. The inclusive culture of the organization and the diversity of our members created a rare opportunity for personal understanding, collaboration, and lasting friendships. I consider it a great privilege ending my professional career at a world-class company such as this.” Michelle Arnold, Executive Director North America, PrimeGlobal

We are pleased to announce that Michelle’s successor will be Maureen Dilmore. Maureen currently leads the accounting association DFK in the US and has extensive experience of supporting members and providing fantastic member service. She has the right skills, experience, and character to build on our strong position in North America and globally. Maureen will transition into the Regional Executive Director role on March 1, 2022.

We look forward to introducing Maureen Dilmore to our members in Spring 2022!
