Professional services firm Sikich LLP announced Monday that it will acquire SCS, a technology firm based near Los Angeles in Glendale, California. A Microsoft Gold Certified partner with annual revenues of more than $9 million, SCS specializes in Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions. The acquisition is scheduled to close on Nov. 1.
