Building on the success of the 2025 UK and Ireland Leadership Programme, where participants reported transformative professional growth, the new collaboration establishes a framework to deliver broader, world-class leadership development for managing partners, emerging leaders, and future successors throughout the association.
Participants in the programme cited breakthroughs in strategic thinking, accountability, and change management—alongside a strong sense of connection that helped counter the isolation leaders often experience at the top. The next phase of the partnership will explore extending these benefits globally, enabling leaders to make better decisions, drive growth, and strengthen firm culture through Vistage’s proven peer advisory model.
As the profession evolves beyond technical expertise toward insight-driven advisory services, the initiative focuses on developing the skills that matter most for the future: critical thinking, communication, relationship building, and digital fluency in areas such as data analytics and AI. Together, Vistage and PrimeGlobal aim to help firms attract, develop, and retain top talent by demonstrating a tangible commitment to leadership growth and career progression.
