JMD & Partners provide financial services covering audit and assurance, tax compliance and advisory, accounting, management consulting, financial due diligence, systems conversion, trademark and patent application, company secretary, liquidation, estate custody, pre-IPO consultancy and debt restructuring. With 6 partners and 30 staff based in Hong Kong and China, JMD & Partners CPA Ltd is currently serving more than 1,000 clients.

BizWings prides itself in extending their services beyond traditional accounting firm offering. They aim to provide their clients with end-to-end service to support all back office operations, with services ranging from Online Assistant Service to accounting and business advisory. The firm is capable of providing service in English, Japanese and Thai, with strong ties to Japanese business entities in Thailand.

BizWings' CEO is the designated advisor to several Japanese governmental agencies including JETRO. They are proud to combine their local expertise with their international exposure and look forward to collaborating with PrimeGlobal firms.

EMEA region is proud to have added two new members in the last quarter. Please join us in welcoming STE Auditing and Consultancy from Qatar, and Fiducia Consulting from the Democratic Republic of Congo. Both firms are our first in Qatar and DRC, extending our reach and resources for members in strategic locations.

STE Auditing and Consultancy brings 30 years of experience to the Association, with strong skills in accounting, assurance and audit. They pride themselves in helping shape the future of audit and assurance services in the region and internationally, by helping clients improve operations, ensure best practice and reduce risk in all aspects of financial reporting and compliance activities.

Fiducia Consulting is our first firm in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The addition of Fiducia to PrimeGlobal strengthens not only our geographic coverage in the 3rd largest country in Africa, but it also deepens our reach in the French speaking part of the continent. Their purpose and vision is to build a better working world for their clients. The insights and services they provide help to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build a strong capital market in the region. They provide a full range of services such as assurance, bookkeeping, tax, corporate, and consulting. They are excited to join PrimeGlobal and intend to create a bridge between PrimeGlobal members firms and the Democratic Republic of Congo, by opening doors for more business and continued growth for the member firms.

Jones Simkins is based in Logan, Utah, and they specialize in performing audits and reviews to a wide range of industries and non-profit sectors. In addition, they provide tax specialty services including trusts, estates, non-profits, sales & use taxes. The audit and assurance department pride themselves in being proactive when providing guidance and insight to their clients on a vast array of complex issues. 2023 is proving to be an exciting year for the firm, not only have they joined an award winnng association, they celebrate a special anniversary this year. Having been formed in 1948, Jones Simkins LLC are celebrating no fewer than 75 years in business this year!
