Global Membership Update

We are proud to welcome three new firms who have joined us in the last quarter. These new firms join from Latin America and Asia Pacific and demonstrate our commitment to strengthening business partnerships across these regions.

Asia Pacific

Our newest member in the Asia Pacific region is Tokyo based firm, SBC Group. Working with both local and international companies, SBC Group offers initial guidance on the choice and establishment of the optimal corporate entity, employment options, social insurance and HR, efficient tax structuring and compliance.

With ongoing support in terms of monthly accounting, tax return preparation and filing, and the outsourcing of all other back office functions, including payroll management and visa applications as the backdrop; SBC is able to offer innovative, sound and solid business consulting in these areas.

Additionally, the company is able to offer transaction support services such as asset valuations and due diligence, and also identify opportunities unique within the Japanese legal and tax framework, and is also a leading provider of nominee directors and other resident representatives in Japan, again for both domestic and foreign companies.

Latin America

PrimeGlobal welcomes two new firms to Latin America as the region continues to go from strength to strength.

Lead by CEO Daniel Espinoza, Audit Financial Group, (AFG), have strategically located offices throughout Bolivia. Their focus leans heavily towards technology, talent development, and customer satisfaction, meaning they fit perfectly into the PrimeGlobal cultural values and offer an excellent opportunity for firms wishing to do business in this part of the Latin America region.

Similarly, Ecuador based Farmesil CIA LTDA are keen to establish relationships with member firms built on trust, collaboration, and sustainability, three core values that they have stuck by since the firm was founded in 1986. Their Managing Partner Galo Pacheco is committed to actively participating in supporting member firms who wish to do business in in their region and see this development as one of their main priorities for business in the future.

They have welcomed a wide range of small, medium and large sized companies from various areas, providing mainly Audit, Administrative Consulting, Business, Tax and Legal Advice, innovating methods and work systems and are looking forward to working with other members of the PrimeGlobal community.

PrimeGlobal also extend an equally warm welcome to Farmesil CIA LTDA. Based in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Farmesil have specialized knowledge in areas of External Auditing, Tax and Accounting Outsourcing, Business Valuation, Consulting and Technology Services. Furthermore, having been established in 1986, Farmesil have a highly experienced team, with in depth knowledge of doing business in the Latin America region; they are actively seeking to work with firms from all four PrimeGlobal regions looking to grow their clients' business within Latin America, in particular, Ecuador.
