The goal of this community is to keep members updated on transfer pricing regulations, mainly focusing on the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and to create an open space for cross-border collaboration. By fostering a dynamic environment for case studies, sharing strategies, and exploring real-world applications, this group promises to be a powerful resource for all who engage in the practice of TP.

What Is Transfer Pricing (TP)?

For those newer to transfer pricing, TP refers to the pricing of cross-border transactions between related parties, such as companies within the same group. The arm’s length principle ensures that prices charged between these entities align with what would have been charged between unrelated parties under similar conditions. This is key to ensuring fair market practices within international companies and complying with global tax regulations.
