March 31, 2026PrimeGlobal and ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC, a nationally recognized consultancy specializing in business development and leadership for CPA and advisory firms, today announced the launch of the Rainmaker Development Program® (PG-RDP) 2026 – a six-month, cohort-based program designed to help next-generation firm leaders build the confidence, habits, and skills needed to develop new business and grow lasting client relationships.
Open to PrimeGlobal’s North American member firms, the program targets future leaders who are ready to step up as business developers. From deepening existing client relationships and building referral networks to qualifying prospects and closing new engagements, participants leave the program with a practical personal marketing plan and the confidence to execute it.
