What inspires you about PrimeGlobal?

I’m honored to work for an association with so many esteemed member firms valuing true collaboration. I believe an association is only as strong as its level of member engagement and it’s evident PrimeGlobal is committed to ensuring an environment of collaboration where members support one another.

What are you most looking forward to?

Building meaningful relationships and connecting people is my passion. I’m most looking forward to getting to the know members personally and collaborating with the talented PrimeGlobal team.

What are the key goals you’re looking to achieve?

I’m excited to join an association sharing my own goals and values. PrimeGlobal has a long history of delivering exceptional member service and programs that promote collaboration. One of my main goals will be to ensure that we continue to deliver best in class service while tailoring programs that will help member firms navigate current challenges and opportunities in the accounting profession.

How have your previous experiences helped prepare you for this role?

In my previous role as Director of Services with CPAmerica Inc, I gained a wealth of knowledge about the accounting profession and the opportunities and challenges impacting firms. I spent the last seven years creating valuable member programs and meaningful connections among members. This experience will allow me to dive right into my role with PrimeGlobal and have an immediate impact.

What do you think the opportunities are for the sector in the year ahead?

Leveraging AI and adopting innovative technology is vital for the longevity and success of firms – AI, and technology in general, is ever-evolving and will be an ongoing opportunity for firm optimization and growth. It’s essential for firms to stay at the forefront of industry trends and opportunities.
