PrimeGlobal celebrates a strong start to 2025 with five female appointments and promotions in the first quarter

PrimeGlobal has had a very productive start to 2025 with a number of new key leadership appointments and employee promotions in the first quarter. In addition to the appointment of Jenn Walker as Regional Executive Director, North America, in February, three promotions and a further appointment have been made this quarter.

Heidi Brundage – Director - Member Services

Heidi Brundage has been promoted to Director – Member Services, recognizing her leadership in enhancing collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practices across our global membership. In this role, Heidi will continue to drive member engagement, oversee key platforms and programs, and support business development, ensuring firms receive the guidance and resources they need.


Sofi Wehncke – Director - Latin America

Sofi Wehncke has stepped into the role of Director – Latin America, further strengthening PrimeGlobal’s presence in the region. Her leadership has played a crucial role in deepening senior-level connections and increasing engagement, with Latin America now leading in member satisfaction at 94%. This new position will allow Sofi to build on this success, driving greater collaboration and support for firms across the region.


Bridget Sivewright – Training & Development Manager

Recognizing the importance of talent development as a member priority, Bridget Sivewright has been promoted to Training & Development Manager. This refined role consolidates critical training initiatives, aligning with PrimeGlobal’s strategy to support professional growth. Bridget will oversee:

  • Leadership Programs
  • Training Workshops
  • CPE delivery and member development initiatives

By streamlining these efforts, PrimeGlobal is reinforcing its commitment to building future-ready firms and professionals. Bridget will report to the Regional Executive Director – Americas, ensuring strong alignment with regional and global training priorities.


Welcoming LaCardia Knowles – Membership Coordinator, North America

We are pleased to welcome LaCardia Knowles as Membership Coordinator – North America. She will play a key role in supporting the North America COPs, while also taking on responsibilities such as:

  • Managing NA referrals
  • Monitoring Community Forums
  • Overseeing NA webinar management

LaCardia brings valuable experience from her time as a Project Manager at Mom’s Meals and the American Red Cross, along with a strong background in member engagement and operations. She will be working closely with the team to further enhance PrimeGlobal’s support in North America.
