PrimeGlobal Achieves Record Geographical Growth and Member Satisfaction

PrimeGlobal, has seen unprecedented levels of growth and member satisfaction in 2024/25*. As well as achieving its highest-ever member satisfaction score of 88% and a net promoter score of +43, PrimeGlobal’s combined revenue increased by 19%, reflecting its dedicated support to member firms and their clients through a time of rapid transformation. 

Overall, the average revenue per firm increased by more than 15% in 2024/25, with the Asia Pacific region experiencing a particularly robust total revenue growth of 61%. PrimeGlobal also achieved record geographical reach with seven new countries, growing to 316 member firms in 1,271 locations with over 53,000 staff.
