We are absolutely delighted to share that PrimeGlobal has recently welcomed Sofi Wehncke as our new Latin America Lead, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her on board. Additionally, we are pleased to announce that Maureen Dillmore will be assuming the role of Executive Director, Americas as we consolidate the two regions.

Sofi brings with her a wealth of experience and a diverse background in customer service. Having held managerial and coordinator roles across various industries, including Event Management and Membership Assistance, she has honed her leadership skills and developed a team-oriented mindset.

What sets Sofi apart is her exceptional bilingual proficiency and her roots in Argentina. This enables her to effortlessly navigate and connect with our Latin America members. With her deep understanding of the region's unique needs and challenges, Sofi is well-equipped to lead our efforts in expanding and strengthening our presence in Latin America.
