In 2008 we expanded our horizon of possibilities by joining Prime Global. We are currently established in São Paulo, the main financial, corporate, and commercial center of Latin America, with operating subsidiaries in Porto Alegre and Miami.

In 2009, due to an increase in the international demand, MS SANTINI created a department to be exclusively dedicated to assisting foreign investors. We believe that the complexity of the Brazilian tax legislation and legal processes bears no impact on the success of individuals or companies with purposes in Brazil. We are used to such intricacy and equipped to assist and guide the non-natives to make their coming to Brazil a viable and smooth process.
