SPNX is an AI-native, multi-disciplinary consulting and outsourcing firm, built for a world where intelligence is becoming core to enterprise operations. Established in 2016, the firm operates on an Outcome-as-a-Service (OaaS) model, combining consulting, technology, and managed services to design, deploy, and deliver intelligence across the value chain.
Headquartered in Noida, India, with a presence across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Texas, Dubai, and Manchester, SPNX serves clients in 15+ countries, including Fortune 500 companies, public sector undertakings, and leading financial institutions. What distinguishes SPNX is not the use of AI as a tool, but the integration of intelligence into every engagement. By building bespoke AI applications and enabling agent-led workflows, the firm helps organizations transition to AI-native operations — delivering outcomes with scale, speed, and precision beyond traditional models.
Why AI? How do we begin?
This handbook contains strategic intelligence on artificial intelligence adoption that may significantly impact your organization's competitive positioning, operational efficiency, and long-term market relevance. Drawing on verified data, documented case studies, and observable industry trends through 2025 & 2026, it shows that organizations delaying AI adoption face measurable risks, from reduced market share and declining margins to potential obsolescence in AI-disrupted sectors.
A Message from Karan Gupta, Chief Vision Architect
As an AI-native services organization — SPNX builds on the application layer of the 5-tier AI cake — based on Outcome as a Service (OaaS) principle it drives development, deployment and outcome across industries, jurisdictions, and the full enterprise value chain. Most offer one piece of the AI puzzle: a product. Consulting. A managed service. SPNX brings all three together. We build bespoke AI applications that become the operational backbone of our clients’ businesses. We guide organizations through the transformation from consumer AI adoption to truly AI-native operations, with hands-on implementation across the platforms that power modern enterprise. Intelligence is becoming infrastructure, and the organizations that understand how to build it, operationalize it, and deliver through it will define the next era of business.
