Joanknecht’s client, an online educator in Eindhoven, the Netherlands was looking to expand internationally, and had ambitious plans in Europe and beyond. The online educator, which offers a learning portal had seen increased growth during the lockdown and wanted to expand into new markets.

Launching a business into a new market can be complicated with international company registration, tax, and other important processes to adhere to, so having the local knowledge and ‘on the ground’ expertise is key to making this successful.

More recently, Joanknecht has now started to help their client expand even further into the South American market. Future connections with other member firms and colleagues including Brazilian member MSSANTINI might come in place.
